Depending on your setup and business requirements, different transportation and shipment information requirements may apply.
What is a Transportation Request (FPA)?
A Transportation Request, also referred to as a Forwarder Pick-up Advice (FPA) , informs Bosch that your shipment is ready to be planned for transportation.
The FPA contains the information required to organize the pickup, such as shipment details, delivery information, and transportation requirements.
When do I need to create an FPA?
Create the transportation request before the agreed cut-off time to allow Bosch to plan transportation.
The applicable cut-off time depends on your transportation process and shipment type. In most cases, the FPA should be created one business day before the planned pickup. For air freight and intercontinental shipments, the required cut-off time may differ due to longer planning and transportation lead times.
Always refer to your agreed transportation schedule or Bosch logistics requirements for the applicable cut-off time.

Which process applies to me?
Not all suppliers follow the same transportation process. Depending on your system integration and packaging requirements, different process variants are available. Use the Process Variant Search to identify the process variant applicable to your deliveries. If your process variant is shown as "In review," your process is currently being determined. In this case, please contact our support team for assistance.
